How We Are Funded
2408 34th Ave. South
My name is Rolf Scholtz. I have a second grader at Seward and I have been running the bike program for the last 2.5 years. I strongly believe that bikes not only make kids healthier but also give them a sense of independence.
If you have any questions or comments about the program please feel free to email or call me.
We have had some generous sponsors in the past. Currently, this years and next years operations are financed through a grant from AAA. In the past we have received support and grants from Allina Health, the University of Minnesota Parking Services, SHIP (State Health Improvement Program), Minneapolis Public School Safe Routes Program, as well as generous discounts from Memory Lanes, Dero, Cornell Creative, Birchwood Cafe and SPOKES.
